The Finance, Legal & Services department is responsible for the entire accounting function as well as all legal matters of the Andermatt Swiss Alps Group. The Finance team, consisting of approximately 15 employees, oversees the company’s overall accounting and controlling activities.
To support our Accounts Payable team, we are looking for a team-oriented, committed, and communicative individual.

Your contribution to our success
- Reviewing, coding, and posting accounts payable invoices, credit notes, and expense claims
- Preparing and posting payment runs and reconciling bank accounts
- Posting and reconciling construction accounting
- Settling company credit card statements
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Assisting with monthly financial statements in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO) and with audit activities as part of the annual financial statements
- Performing various administrative tasks (e.g. contract filing, system maintenance, and master data management)
- Carrying out various reconciliations, evaluations, and analyses
- Participating in digitalization projects
What you bring in
- Commercial or equivalent education, preferably with further training in accounting (e.g. level: Finance and Accounting Clerk)
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Confident handling of ERP systems and good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
- Independent, precise, and forward-thinking approach to work
- Fluent German and intermediate English skills, both written and spoken
- Resilient and flexible personality with a strong service orientation
- Homeoffice possible two days per week
